TWI to Build New Hydrogen Testing Facility
We are pleased to announce that TWI have secured €500k in GSTP grant funding from the European Space Agency – ESA to build a unique new facility to help companies qualify components for high-temperature hydrogen service.
TWI are European Space Agency (ESA)’s Technology Broker for the UK, we are now embarking on a 24-month project to build an ‘Elevated Temperature Hydrogen Embrittlement Rig (ETHER)’ at their Cambridge facility, which will allow us to provide high-temperature hydrogen embrittlement testing tailored to space applications.
