SHOT Scale up programme – supporting growing manufacturers
SHOTT Scale Up is looking for leaders in technology and engineering who want to scale their business and would like to join a cohort of peers to benefit from our 12-month Accelerator programme.
The Shott Scale Up Accelerator is a twelve-month programme that develops, nurtures and strengthens the leadership capabilities of senior decision-makers in high-growth engineering and tech SMEs to scale their business to the next level.
We know the leap from technical expert to business leader is as difficult as the growth hurdles a company faces. The Shott Scale Up Accelerator places the personal development of leaders at the heart of its activities, with opportunities for peer learning in cohorts dedicated to deep tech SMEs.
Programme Overivew
The programme helps individuals take their leadership and enterprise to the next level and helps them navigate the big challenges with greater confidence. The application window is open until 27 November.
What’s included:
- £10,000 grant for prestigious leadership training worldwide
- Access to an unrivalled network of mentors and experts from the UK’s leading engineers in industry, who’ve founded, scaled and sold businesses many times over
- 12 months of support (incl. 35 hours of training with a cohort of deep tech peers and leadership coaching)
- A dedicated relationship manager to make connections to investors, corporates, experts and to guide you through the programme
