Round Two of the Agri-Tech and Food Tech Launchpad is Live!

All of the details for Round Two of the Agri-Tech and Food Tech Launchpad for Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Greater Lincolnshire can be found below. These competitions are supporting innovative companies involved in agri-tech, agri-biotech, food tech and aquaculture.

The two competitions open on 7th May and close on 19th June.

New Innovators strand: your project’s total costs and grant funding request must be between £25,000 and £50,000, and your total project costs will be 100% funded.

CR&D strand: your project’s total grant funding request must be between £150,000 and £300,000, which can cover up to 70% of project costs depending on business size and project type.

For both strands, your project can focus on one or more of the following:

  • enhancing the productivity of primary crops, livestock, aquaculture or ornamental crops
  • biotechnologies related to agriculture, aquaculture, food processing and nutrition
  • food that promotes safe, lower carbon or more sustainable healthy and nutritious diets
  • resource efficient production and processing methods for low emission foods
