How Ready is your organisation for AI Adoption
Norfolk and Suffolk County Council are collaborating with Code Institute in conducting an AI Skills Assessment for the region. This research will provide us with invaluable insight to our regions AI capabilities.
Businesses that embrace AI are seeing real, measurable gains According to PwC’s 2024 Global CEO Survey, 84% of CEOs believe AI enhances employee efficiency. Meanwhile, KPMG UK reports that 64% of businesses expect AI to boost productivity. Knowing where your organisation stands in AI adoption is key to unlocking these gains.
The future of business is AI-driven, but how prepared is your organisation to embrace it?
To help answer this, Suffolk & Norfolk County Councils, in partnership with Code Institute, are conducting a research project into AI skills needs across your region. This initiative is designed to guide organisations through the AI Maturity Framework, supporting them on their AI transformation journey while identifying critical skills gaps that may hinder progress. Participating companies will take part in two educational workshops and complete an AI readiness assessment survey – contributing to the development of a regional skills strategy and potential funding opportunities.
We are looking to identify employers who are keen to be the vanguard of AI and take part in the AI Maturity Assessment. This work is fully funded and there will be no charge to employers for this.
The benefits of taking part include:
- Gain actionable insights into where your organisation stands on its AI journey
- Learn to independently apply the AI Maturity Framework
- Identify the skills your teams need to successfully implement AI solutions
- Contribute to regional strategies for AI skills development and funding opportunities
Participating in the AI Maturity Assessment includes:
- Two Educational Workshops, led by industry experts, exploring the six key pillars of the AI Maturity Framework.
- Undertake an In-Depth AI Assessment Survey across the six pillars.
Participating employers would be supported by the County Council’s and gain access to a community of likeminded local employers where we encourage peer to peer learning.
Code Institute are hosting a webinar on Thursday 10th April 1pm for interested employers. This is an opportunity to find out more about the research project, ask questions and hear about the process.
