Sustainability workshop with Smart Manufacturing Alliance

The Smart Manufacturing Alliance (SMA) has formed a partnership with Investors in the Environment (“iiE”) to deliver a programme for sustainability for SMA members/supporters.  Whether you’re an SME or a Large complex-site organisation, support can be given to deliver your sustainability goals.

We have our first Sustainability Workshop on 20th April, 2023 from 9.30am – 3.30pm – covering the topics highlighted and shaped by SMA membership feedback as per the following agenda topics

  • 11.30am to 12.15pm Environmental Management – Drafting an Environmental Policy & Adopting an Environmental Management System

  • 1.00pm to 1.45pm Resource Efficiency – Introduction to the Circular Economy
  • 1.55pm to 2.40pm Low Carbon & Energy Management (Part II) – Conducting an energy audit & creating a Carbon Reduction Plan
