In this online PrOPEL Hub Masterclass, hosted by Professor Fiona Lettice (Pro-Vice-Chancellor Research and Innovation at the University of East Anglia), the invited academic and practitioner speakers offer insight into people, performance and wellbeing in manufacturing organisations.

During the 90-minute event there will be three speakers, each bringing a fresh perspective on dealing with issues of people, performance and wellbeing – around problem-solving, people-focussed leadership and continuous improvement processes. After the talks, there will be time for questions and answers to the panel of speakers.
