King’s Lynn Part Time Ten Week Skills Bootcamp: Engineering

Our new and FREE* engineering skills bootcamp offers a fast-track introduction into engineering, covering topics such as technical drawing, computer aided design, fitting, welding and electrical. After you’ve finished your Skills Bootcamp, you’re guaranteed a job interview with an employer.

The 10 week programme takes place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for adults aged 19+ who are looking to enter or progress within the engineering sector. This flexible bootcamp covers core technical skills, including technical drawing, CAD, hand-fitting, turning, milling and fabrication/welding. Learners gain practical workshop experience and industry-aligned training designed to boost employability.

These are offered for *free to those who:

– Live in Norfolk or Suffolk

– Be unemployed or employed with an interest in changing careers to work in the sector

– Can work in the UK and meet our general residency criteria

– Are aged 19 + at the start of the academic year (31st August) to study this course.
