About John Davies Framing:

Under New Management: John Davies Framing makes hand crafted bespoke wooden picture frames for museums, art galleries, auction houses and dealers worldwide. They work from the raw tree trunk through to the finished product which might be simple or ornately carved, finished with glossy french polish or gilded with 23.75 carat gold leaf. The companies frames house some of the most valuable and famous paintings in the world, so client experience and product quality are key.

Prior to his retirement last September, John Davies had been at the helm of the company since he founded it in 1969. Last year Jemma (his stepdaughter and full time company employee of 13 years) and Josh (his son who grew up in the business and has run his own successful tech company in Norwich) bought the business in order to secure its continuation into the future.
