Creating a Sales Culture for your Business

Sales is something everyone is a part of, most have a negative view about, very few have training in and something that can have a massive impact on the success of your business.

So why do some struggle with it and others do so well? The answer is not that some are born sales people or are naturally better than others.

Sales is a learned skill and sales success comes down to 3 things – Attitude, Activity and Ability.

By signing up for the programme we would expect continued attendance at all five sessions and there will be takeaways and accountability revisited at the start of each session.

The sessions will be interactive and there will be times where attendees will be asked to share their thoughts, best practices and experiences (good or bad) so please come with an open mind and be ready to share!
