Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) Opportunities

DASA finds and funds exploitable innovations to support UK defence and security quickly and effectively, and support UK prosperity.

DASA run a range of funding opportunities – including Themed Competitions and an Open call competition for Rapid Impact innovations.  All opportunities are posted here

Whilst there are currently no Themed Competitions on Space at the moment, we do have the Open call  running in cycles all year round which invites academia and industry to bid for funding to accelerate innovations applicable to Defence and Security which could reach Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6/7 at project and, and be exploitable within a 3 year period of project end.  There is no funding cap, although DASA expects most submissions to be between £100k and £350k.  DASA typically fund 100% of project costs.
