BT Group Apprenticeship Levy Sharing Fund

BT Group has launched their Apprenticeship Fund Programme (Levy Transfer) – a fund to help SMEs, charities and public sector organisations in England train new apprentices and upskill their existing workforce.

BT Group purpose is to connect for good. That’s why we’re helping to provide fast, straight forward access to apprenticeship funding for small businesses, charities and the public sector through our partnership with Babington

The Fund is open to SMEs, charities and public sector organisations across England, including the NHS, focusing on apprentices aged 22 and older. The apprentice must be paid the National Living Wage.

The funding is used to support organisations that are looking to start employing apprentices, increase their intake of apprentices or would like to upskill their existing employees.

The fund is designed to support up to 550 apprentices and focuses particularly on developing digital skills, aligning with BT’s emphasis on technology.
