Norwich Upcycling Exchange – explainer webinar

Norwich BID are hosting a free webinar on 23 March for anyone interested in supplying or using the Norwich Upcycle Exchange. Norwich Bid will provide more details on the support available – including how Upcyclers can qualify for a £1000 cash grant– and answer your questions.

Norwich BID is now offering incentives for businesses, including start-ups, to find a creative use for the materials. The BID has published Fact Sheets on the top ten materials. Everything from Hops to glass, plastic to cardboard.

We will do this by establishing the Norwich Waste Exchange. This will put those generating the waste, the Producer, with those who have a plan to utilise this, the User i.e. an organisation or individual upcycler of business waste.

Businesses save money by having less waste set to landfill or recycling. Upcyclers get the raw material they need to create their product or service. Win-Win.
