Delivering Continuous Improvement Solutions in Food & Drink

The National Centre for Food Manufacturing are hosting a fully funded Continuous Improvement professional short course to support businesses in the food and drink sector.

The course is funded by the Institute of Technology’s In-work Skills Pilot.

The objective of this short course is to raise awareness of those leading process operations and how to apply the principles of continuous improvement to food businesses and how to build and lead teams to implement continuous improvement.

This 3-day course is intended for employees of food manufacturing businesses in Greater Lincolnshire employed in Line and Process Leader roles.
